2022 WM Phoenix Open is starting on February 10th and some notable names are teeing it up at the event. Among other stars, James Hahn is also part of the field this week. The 2022 PGA Tour moves into yet another tournament; The 2022 Waste Management Phoenix Open. It is the sixth event of the 2022 season which is happening at TPC Scottsdale- Stadium Course. While 132 players battle it out against each other, the PGA Tour took fans down the memory lane, reliving James’ iconic dance skills at the notorious par 3 16th in 2013.

Golfing professionals often showcase their emotions after winning an event or after hitting a good shot. However, James Hahn did something quite unique and fun to watch. Back in 2013 at the Waste Management Phoenix Open, James was seen doing the hook step of Gangnam style, clearly enjoying himself on the course. He drained a 20 foot put for birdie on the par 3 16th and broke into his iconic moves.

Speaking of his dance, he said, “I made birdie, lifted up the putter, walked off the green and was possessed, and that’s what came out.”

“[The crowd] loved it…[They’re] already riled up; it was early afternoon so I’m sure they’d already had a couple alcoholic beverages.” The funny celebration received 1k likes on YouTube and 410k views as well.

With Hahn playing this week as well, the fans can expect some funny celebrations from the American professional.

Who won the 2013 Waste Management Phoenix Open?

The 2013 WM Phoenix Open was won by Phil Mickelson. The Lefty carded consecutive rounds in the low 60s. As a result, he finished the tournament with an overall score of 28-under-par. Mickelson won the event with a comfortable cushion of four stokes.
