One of the most integral parts of the game of golf is its fans. Whether it’s the 2024 Rocket Mortgage Classic organizing the First Tee—Greater Detroit Youth Clinic or the Pro-Am tournaments, fan engagement is key to keeping the fun and enthusiasm alive on the golf greens and something similar is set to take place at the Evian Resort Golf Club.

The French Alps will be in a celebratory mood, and “Pretty in Pink” is the theme at the Évian-les-Bains greens on July 14th! But why will everyone be decked out in pink, and why is the Amundi Evian Championship calling the final day “Pink Sunday”?

The Amundi Evian Championship first became a part of the golf world in 1994, and the tournament soon became one of the most sought-after events in women’s golf. Not only was it elevated to the status of a major in 2013, but it also became the only women’s major to be played on European soil.

In 2024, this French event will mark three decades in the game of golf, celebrating this milestone with its fans. Everything will be turned pink for ‘Pink Sunday.’ Why choose the color pink?  The answer is pretty simple: it’s the emblematic color of the major.

The ‘Pink Sunday’ will organize several entertainment activities to keep the fans engaged and make-up sessions will also be organized at the ELA stand. In addition to these, fans will also get a chance to go home with getaway goodies. But the most prominent event of all will be a photo competition that will allow the winner to get clicked with the major winner.

The rules of the photo competition are pretty simple. The first thing is that you need to be present at the venue, the Evian Resort Golf Club, between 3:30 and 5:30 pm CET. How can you enhance your chances of winning the competition?

What’s your perspective on:

How do you feel about the Evian Championship's 'Pink Sunday'—a game-changer or just a gimmick?

This event offers a unique chance for fans to create lasting memories as they gather at the golf course to witness the magic of their favorite golfers. Whether it’s the world number one, Nelly Korda, Ally Ewing, Lydia Ko, or the defending champion, Celine Boutier, the list is long! If you want to catch them live in action on the greens, you would need tickets for the tournament.

The tournament provides fans with a flexible ‘Open’ ticket selection, allowing them to choose the day they wish to attend. Options include a one-day or two-day ticket based on convenience. The ‘Live Tickets’ offer attractive pricing options that are hard to resist for avid golf enthusiasts. A single-day pass is available for 25 euros, which comes out to be approximately $27. For those who are seeking the complete experience, a four-round pass costs 65 euros, coming out to be approximately $70. Considering the prestige of the competition, these deals are too good to not take.

For those looking to experience the Amundi Evian Championship in style, premium tickets for Thursday and Friday are still available, offering VIP facilities. Unfortunately, weekend tickets are sold out. The VIP area, including the Panoramic Lounge, overlooks hole 16 and offers a view of Lake Geneva. With a premium ticket, enjoy a VIP gift, snacks, and drinks throughout the day. These tickets are $130 (120 euros) per day for adults and $65 (60 euros) per day for ages 10-17.
