As shared earlier about the previous 4 teams, each has their uniqueness which resounds with the team’s qualities.

Following the third event of the TGL’s schedule, New York Golf Club and Atlanta Drive Golf Club will be competing on January 27. Though New York GC has already played, fans will observe Atlanta Drive GC for the first time at the tech-infused course. So, to make the message of the team and its logo easier for the fans, here is what it represents.

The meaning behind Atlanta Drive GC’s logo

Along with the evident ‘A’ in the logo, a driver and golf ball are added to make it more relevant to the sport. As per the official website of TGL, it represents Georgia’s golf legacy and the city’s forward progression. Even other smaller details of the logo, like cuts and serifs, are induced to make it relevant to the other local teams like Atlanta United FC and the Atlanta Falcons.

Atlanta Drive GC’s team and schedule

Arthur M. Blank’s Atlanta Drive GC has some of the prominent names in the team, making it a great competitor for others. Justin Thomas, Patrick Cantlay, Billy Horschel, and Lucas Glover as part of the Atlanta Drive GC, aren’t going to let the competitor, New York GC, get ahead easily. Teeing off on 21st January, team Atlanta will have to make an extra effort as New York has already experienced the course in the first match against the Bay.

Following the great matchup between the two, Atlanta Drive GC will continue with their campaign and compete with the remaining teams. The second and third match will take place on February 17th against the Los Angeles Golf Club and The Bay Golf Club. With back-to-back matches, starting at 1:00 PM ET and the next teeing off at 4:00 PM ET. The team will be aiming to close the day on a high.

For the last two matches team Atlanta will be teeing off against Rory McIlroy’s Boston Common Golf Club on February 24th and Tiger Woods’s Jupiter Links on March 4. The last matchup will be an interesting one as it will conclude the league stages of the tournament. It will be a make-or-break match for teams as standing could change with one win.
