With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing from Florida State University. Provost has a career of more than 8 years and for the past four years, he has been associated with Intuitive. The company manufactures robots for clinical use purposes. Apart from the Solheim Cup, Max was also seen at the CME Group Tour Championship. He was out there holding Lexi’s dog, Leo. But Lexi’s decision to step aside from the sport did not come all of a sudden. In fact, it might have been the outcome of a longstanding crisis.

“I think we all have our own [mental health] struggles, especially out here. Unfortunately in golf, you lose more than you win, so it’s an ongoing battle to continue to put yourself out there in front of the cameras and continuing to work hard and maybe not seeing the results you want and getting criticized for it. So it’s hard. I will say, yes, I’ve struggled with it. I don’t think there’s somebody out here that hasn’t. It’s just a matter of how well you hide it, which is very sad,” Lexi had said. But that was not all.

Lexi was asked which struggles she felt most proud of overcoming. “I think honestly just staying true to myself. Being out here can be a lot. It can be lonely. Sorry if I get emotional. A lot of people, they don’t realize a lot of what we go through as a professional athlete … We’re doing what we love. We’re trying our best every single day and we’re not perfect. We’re humans. Words hurt, and it’s hard to overcome sometimes,” Lexi had said, fighting tears. Although we don’t know when Lexi is going to settle, looks like in the aftermath of retirement she is in good company.

Earlier this month, the 11-time LPGA Tour winner posted a cute photo with her dog on Instagram as she adored him and held his paw amidst her gym session. And who won’t agree that a pet is the other name of unconditional love? Lexi herself, in the past, has spoken about the healing power of Leo, a Havapoo dog. “No matter what I shoot, this guy is giving me kisses,” Lexi had said. Looks like happier days are awaiting Lexi’s post-retirement life.
