J.T. Poston has been shining on the golf course! Well, that is not it for him, the American professional has also been living the best of his life outside the course. He got married to the love of his life back in 2022, after getting serious with each other for the first time in 2020. According to the Quad City Times, the love birds met through another PGA Tour Pro Keith Mitchell. After two years of dating each other, the Postman proposed to her on November 27, 2021, at Kiawah Island’s Ocean Course. They did indeed have a fairytale wedding. But the question is, what does his lady love do for a living?

Kelly Cox pursued a degree in biology from the University of Georgia from 2010 to 2014. During her college days, she was actively involved with various societies, some of which are the Kappa Alpha Theta, Order of Omega, and Charter Scholar. There is not much detail about the professional and personal life of Kelly Cox as she is a rather private person. She does not even post much on her LinkedIn account. Kelly Cox has had a changing professional career after she graduated from college. She began by working with Triage Consulting Group and worked with them as a Senior Consultant for almost three years in Atlanta (July 2014 to June 2017).

She then made a switch to Aon as a Health & Benefits Analyst, a job role that perfectly aligned with her education. She is still a part of the agency, along with her current job. However, according to records online, Cox is currently working at Lockton Companies as an account manager. It is an American insurance brokerage firm that provides insurance, risk management, employee benefits, and retirement services.

She started working for the firm in August 2019, and it has been a little more than five months that she has been associated with them. Apart from being married to a golfer, looks like the sport is also a part of her professional life. The company that she works for has Matilda Castren, the LPGA Tour golfer as their official partner. “As a hardworking and fierce competitor, she shares many of our values, and we are proud she will be representing Lockton on and off the course”, shared the company.

Well, apart from being a career-oriented woman, it looks like Kelly Cox has recently embarked on yet another full-time profession, and well there is no doubt she is the happiest playing the role, and taking up the new responsibility.

After almost two years of marriage, the American couple welcomed their first baby girl Katherine Scott Poston on March 20, 2024. “3/20/24 our lives changed for the better! Katherine Scott Poston, “Scottie”, has blessed us with her arrival and we couldn’t be happier! @kellycposton is a superstar!” Posted the golfing professional. According to the official website of the PGA Tour, their daughter made her first appearance in front of the media at the 2024 RBC Heritage, where Poston finished with a T5.

The couple brought their newborn girl, on the road for the first time. “It’s been great. It’s definitely an adjustment,” Poston said. “I think my wife and I were figuring it out. My mom is here. She’s helping us out, too. So we’ve got plenty of help. We’re just kind of figuring it out.” Well, the family is now complete, with Kelly Cox being the happiest as a mother.
