The release of the new season of Full Swing is just around the corner. The roster of the Netflix documentary series golfers has expanded as well, with Wyndham Clark joining the new season alongside a few more golfers. The teaser for the series has been aired and Clark has also come out to share his feelings regarding his new off-course endeavor.
Although he has shot the episode and has witnessed everything firsthand, watching himself on the platform might come as a bit strange to Clark. Before he tees it up at the Genesis Invitational, the 30-year-old revealed his plans for his Full Swing episode, and as per his demeanor, he may never watch it!

The docuseries is a product of the collaboration between the streaming giants and the PGA Tour. This gave the audience a chance to dive deeper into the world of golf and over 8 episodes, the series touched upon different topics, whether it be the friendship between golfers like Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth to the inception of the highly controversial LIV Golf League. This time, more golfers have joined the team, including Rickie Fowler, Justin Rose, and Wyndham Clark. The other two have not yet shared their feelings about their appearance in the series; however, Clark will not be watching any episodes that star him.
For the 2023 U.S. Open winner, this new adventure of acting and watching it back would be odd. When asked if he had watched his episode, Clark said, “I still have not seen my episode. I don’t know if I want to.” The 30-year-old went on to cite the reason behind not watching specifically his own episodes and said, “it’s weird watching yourself on TV.”
The Denver native expressed that since he has lived those moments once, he does not want to relive them again. Clark also shared that “there’s some emotional part in my episode,” which will be just weird to watch. And to avoid that, he plans to “watch other people’s” episodes, but when it comes to his, Clark stated, “I’ll skip over mine.”
The documentary has been a fan favorite, and it will surely give an insight into Clark’s life, which has always been a mystery to the golf world. Although he was cringing a bit about watching his episode, Clark shot the series in a bid to share his story with only one goal in mind.

Truth be told, it took a little more time for Wyndham Clark to have his breakthrough season, and it was in 2023. The episode also captures that year and follows through the ups and downs of Clark’s life and emotions. Before the teaser was revealed, Clark had expressed that he did not necessarily have anything to hide.
Moreover, he also relayed that it was part of his calling personally and professionally to share his story with the world. The PGA Tour Pro chose to show his vulnerable side to the world in an attempt to be able to act as a source of inspiration for people who might have found themselves in similar situations and become a source of motivation during their challenging times. Clark said, “My story will, I hope inspire a lot of people,” as PGATour.com reported.

The episode will air on March 6 and whether Clark watches it or not, many will tune in to see his life up close. Certainly, they may get inspired by Clark’s downfall and his eventual rise to win again in life.
