We all know John Daly for his incredible driving distance off the tee. Although, his game with the irons isn’t too bad either. In 2018, at the Chubb Classic, which is one of the most prominent events on the PGA Tour Champions, John Daly scored an ace.

Notably, this event is a part of the Charles Schwab Cup, which is the year-ending championship of the PGA Tour Champions. Moreover, John Daly stood on the 162 yards par-3 16th hole with an iron in his hand. He flushed his iron, and the ball landed on the edge of the green. Furthermore, the ball rolled towards the pin and dropped into the hole.

So in this manner, he scored an incredible hole-in-one in 2018 at the Chubb Classic. However, John finished solo eighth for the event as he carded -13 and remained six strokes behind the leader. Not to mention, Joe Durant won the event with a score of -19 as his incredible round two helped him take the lead and a decent final round to lift the trophy.

Meanwhile, the 2022 Chubb Classic is all set to begin on February 18th at Tiburon Golf Club. So hopefully, we will see John Daly in the field and witness some incredible golf from the senior pros.
