He demonstrated 3 parts of his workout. These were to train calves like Adonis, according to Mickelson. After the workout, the pro golfer ended it by saying, “You’re welcome.”

“I’m trying to use my mind like a muscle,” said Phil
Phil has also shared his tack on increasing focus during the game. He shared ways one can train their mind. The World renowned pro-golfer also admitted how it gets more difficult to train your mind after you cross a particular age as time progresses.
