Seeing women in sports supporting other women is truly the mark of modern times. The LPGA is one of those places where female athletes’ friendship despite tough competition is the essence of the game. And as Nelly Korda and other handful of LPGA members gather in Finca Cortesin to represent team US, fans will be witnessing many instances of golfing sisterhood.
Korda, who is this time teammates with one of her best friends on the tour, is making her friend kneel in front of her but in a fun act. A Solheim Cup debutant, this friend of Korda is enjoying her time in the referred tournament by indulging in fun activities.

LPGA bestie provides camera assaitance to Nelly Korda at Solheim Gala night
On the LPGA Megan Khang shares a great friendship with the Korda sisters. And though this year Jessica is not part of the tournament and having some off time because of her pregnancy, the younger Korda is there accompanied by Khang and the duo are setting friendship goals.
While the game starts on Friday the player’s minds were put at ease by the federation throwing them the Solheim Cup Gala. All team US attended the special evening glittering in their best evening dresses. It gave a chance for them to dress up and enjoy a stress-free evening. Danielle Kang, Lexi Thompson, and Allison Corpuz shared glimpses of the evening through Instagram with fans.
However, the show was stolen by Nelly Korda and Megan Khang who were twinning in red dresses. While Korda wore a Chiffon long-sleeved mini dress, Khang opted for a long ankle-length dress. And what was sweeter was Khang set friendship goals by serving as a designated photographer for Korda and clicking her pics finding the right angles.

Nelly Korda and Megan Khang want to be paired up for the Solheim Cup
As the players came together for the biennial event they were asked which player would they like to be teamed up with. The popular choice was Korda which demonstrates her being a favorite with other players as well.

When Korda was asked who is her choice she replied “I never played with Megan Khang and we’ve said every year that we would love to play together. We actually did get to play Junior Solheim Cup together. We played alternate shots. She is a really good friend of mine. I would love to play alongside with her this week”.

Khang was also quick to take Korda’s name when asked about her choice. She said, “We’ve been dying to play with each other since we made the team two Solheims ago”. Hopefully, these two gal pals will get the chance to play with each other this week.
