Japanese former Prime Minister late Shinzo Abe was a man of great honor. The PM was recently assassinated by a man while he was giving a speech in Nara city on the street. The demise of the loved politician was heavily mourned by the nation.

Abe was one of Japan’s favorite politicians and a successful Prime Minister. He was widely loved for his public speaking skills and leadership qualities. However, the late Ex-PM also had other skills. Abe was seen playing golf alongside Ex-U.S. President Donald Trump when something hysterical happened to him.

But, what was so hilarious in that game of golf that took the internet by a storm?

Late Shinzo Abe meets a funny accident

Late Shinzo Abe and Donald Trump played a friendly match of golf in 2017, where something unexpected happened to the former Japanese PM. Trump took his first-ever two-day vacation to Japan when he was still in power. He played golf with Abe and a Japanese pro-golfer Hideki Matsuyama.

There was a big audience for the game, and everyone expected something sensational out of Trump that would make it to the news headlines. But, to everyone’s surprise, it was not Trump who made it to the first page of newspapers from multiple publications. The 63-year-old took away all the attention when he suddenly slipped while trying to climb out of a sand bunker.

According to reports, the Ex-PM was trying to rush his way out of the bunker and lost his balance trying to putt the ball. That is when he fell backward and rolled into the bunker. Numerous security officials rushed in to check upon the politician and make sure that he was unharmed. Thankfully, the man got back on his feet in no time, put his cap back up on his head, and headed out to continue playing.

Donald Trump remains unaware after Abe falls

While all of this happened, Trump didn’t seem to notice anything unusual around him. As per the sources, Trump had his back toward the place where Abe fell. The Ex-U.S. President continued to play and was unaware of the situation. However, he was later informed about the incident after the game ended.
