WATCH: A Group of Weird Clowns Cause Menace on a Golf Course as Enthusiasts Left in Disappointment

The game of golf is no stranger to tragic instances. The golf course requires it to be kept in pristine condition for the sport to be played without any problems. But there arises certain instances where thousands of dollars if not millions worth of damage gets incurred by actions of random people on the golf course. And recently, yet another course met an unexpected fate.

A video of the incident has recently gone viral online. Many golf fans and sports enthusiasts from all over the world have voiced their frustration and irritation regarding the same. Let us take a look at the video to find out what happened on the course which has vexed the golfing community.

An unlucky golf course gets vandalized

Vandalizing a course is by no means a small thing. And some people have managed to pull off the menacing act yet again as per a recent video uploaded on Twitter. There is a reason why a golf cart is used to travel from hole-to-hole on a golf course. When anything other than the cart is used, it incurs much damage to the terrain.

The video shows a group of 6-7 people driving their ATVs and dirt bikes near and on the greens of a golf course. The video shows the quad rider drifting the four-wheeler around the greens as the other riders pull off similar antics near him on their respective bikes. The video captioned “Clowns tear up a green with ATVs and dirt bikes. Are you teeing one up in these guys direction?“ in a sense paints the general consensus that the community has toward these riders as they damage the course.

The video has the caption “Guess there will be no birdies on this green” to show how such an act has scared even the birds away while at the same time talking about how it would be impossible to play golf on the same. While the game has seen its own share of bizarre incidents, such an act of vandalism is, by all means, taking things a bit too far.

 $75,000 worth of damages in another case of vandalism

In earlier cases of such mischievous malice, the Michigan Golf Course had undergone many instances of ruin. The Lake Doster Golf Club, in 2022, faced $75,000 worth of damages after some hooligans went ahead to damage the greens. Although the perpetrators were asked to come forward and own up, the damage that the course suffered took a long time to be fixed.
