During the swing, Korda’s rear knee remains braced, and her weight is loaded on the same. However, her right leg pivots as she hits the ball. While her head follows the path of the ball as soon as the ball lifts off from the tee box. To add power to her swing, Korda flattens the shaft and points it straight down the line.

On the other hand, her fellow LPGA star, Lydia Ko, has a completely different swing in professional tournaments. Ko is also known for hitting massive powerful shots since the beginning of her career. And the secret to her powerful swings is that she keeps her lower body engaged. If one looks at her swing precisely, Ko maintains her knee flex to keep her glutes engaged and to stabilize her hips.

And for that, Ko makes sure that her club face rotates gradually as she hits the ball with the flat end. Similarly, she shifts her weight slowly to the left leg as soon as she takes the shot.
