The Volvo Car Scandinavian Mixed tournament will feature male and female golfers from the DP World Tour and Ladies European Tour (LET) in a historic demonstration of gender equality in professional golf. This tournament which takes place at the lovely Ullna Golf and Country Club in Sweden, not only highlights outstanding golfing talent but also ushers in a new era of inclusivity and fair competition in the game.
For its third outing, a tournament with a distinctive structure will feature 78 players from the DP World Tour and LET, however, they will compete from various tees. The extraordinary prize pool for the Volvo Car Scandinavian Mixed, which will take place from June 8 to June 11, emphasizes the equality of all players.

In one of the most profitable tournaments on the golfing calendar, the competitors will be competing for a hefty $2 million purse, raising the stakes significantly. The Volvo Car Scandinavian Mixed winner will take home an incredible $340,000 prize, which speaks something about the skill and competition on exhibit.
According to Golf Monthly, after a commanding nine-shot victory in the 2022 Volvo Car Scandinavian Mixed tournament, Linn Grant will be defending her championship at home. Henrik Stenson is not competing this year because he is representing LIV Golf, but Marc Warren is back and aiming for his first victory since the 2020 Austrian Open.
Alex Noren, a 10-time winner of the DP World Tour, competes alongside local favorite Linn Grant, who won the Race to Costa Del Sol in 2022 LET. The last time Noren, 40, won was in the HNA Open de France, which was five years ago. He is currently seeking his 11th title. He hopes to be motivated by the cheers of the home fans.
Swedish golfer Madelene Sagstrom, has had two top-20 finishes and one top-10 finish on the LPGA Tour recently. She is looking forward to making her tournament debut. Czech Republic native Klara Spilkova, has been in strong form lately, placing in the top five in both of her previous two LET competitions. She will also be participating.
Jason Scrivener, an Australian, made an impression by placing tied for fourth in the 2022 competition and is hoping to build his form of his recent top-10 showing in the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship for The Volvo Car Scandinavian Mixed tournament.

This year’s Volvo Car Scandinavian Mixed competition will also feature Swedish legend Annika Sorenstam. Dutchman Joost Luiten, who recently finished third in the Hero Indian Open and tied for the same position in the Korea Championship, is targeting victory for this tournament. The LET player in 2022 who is closest to Grant in the standings, Gabriella Cowley, hopes for another strong showing.
