Glamour! This is one of the words that rightly describes Jena Sims. Being Brooks Koepka’s wife has its perks, but this is not what Sims is known for. She has a successful career of her own that takes her places. Recently, the beautiful couple was seen smiling ear to ear at the Toronto International Film Festival. They wore matching black outfits; Sims was seen in a stunning black gown, while Koepka opted for a decent black suit. Sims shared a few glimpses of the night on her social media but it did not go as planned.
While some fans complimented the couple on how perfect they looked, some were ready to spill hate. Sims is a model and actress, as we all know, and her social media is filled with some lovely pictures. She is best known for being a sports-illustrated swimsuit rookie. One fan commented, “Jenna’s dress needs help. Why do we need to see her chest?” while the other said, “Why does the wife constantly show t*ts…like this” peek-a-boo” number? Gross.”
Unfazed by these s*xist comments, Sims addressed the unnecessary criticism of her dress choice and said that she’s proud of her body for the incredible thing it has done, which was to nourish her child for the first six months of his life, “Because they held up pretty nicely after exclusively keeping my child alive for the first 6 months of his life.” According to Sims, she won’t hide her body or be shamed for feeling confident and beautiful after all she’s been through. Sims fired back by posting these comments on her Instagram story and adding powerful 4 words, “And because I can😎 🍼”.

Sims has always been very outspoken. There was once a time when she stood by Alayna, Tony Finau’s wife when someone was trying to mansplain her something. This was not the first time Sims faced scrutiny and hate from golf fans. Last year, Sims got a taste of online hate, and she handled it with grace and humor by shutting down a hater in the best way possible! Someone told her they were unfollowing her because she’s ‘too weird’. Well, the exact comment was, “Jenna, I’m sorry, I gotta unfollow you; you are too weird.” This was not the first time she got hate from the netizens.
Jena Sim’s body-shaming history
Jena Sims’ body shaming history goes back to when she was 7 months pregnant. “I didn’t start showing until I was about six months because I am just a naturally thin person,” she exclusively told Us Weekly. She shared that when she would tell people that she was expecting, people would question her and say things like “Where’s that baby? No, you’re not.”
