A confused Bubba Watson trashes Brooks Koepka
Just a few days ago, on Sunday, Koepka visited FLA Live Arena with a few of his friends. The group was there to cheer on their favorite NHL team, the Florida Panthers, as they faced off against the New York Rangers. But when things started going south for the home team, the 4-time major champion started losing his mind.

Publicly voicing his frustration, he lashed out at Aaron Ekblad, the Panthers’ defenseman, after he committed a grave error. Unfortunately for Koepka, he was caught on camera doing so and instantly went viral for his frantic fury. Ahead of the LIV Golf event this week, it’s all anyone could talk about! And in an interview with Golf Digest, the golf pro was asked about it.

Explaining his fit of fury, the golf pro said, “I’m a die-hard P’s fan, and he gave up a bad goal.” His LIV rival team captain, Bubba Watson, who was standing alongside the 4-time major winner during the interview, looked completely bewildered about the conversation. He finally turned to Koepka and asked, “What sport is this?” The Florida resident, looking at him in disappointment and hurt, responded and said, “Really?”
Koepka comes clean about his fit of fury
In his recently viral video, the golf pro was seen abusing Ekblad. From “You f****** traffic cone” to “Ekblad, you suck!” the Koepka showed no love to the NHL star. And he came clean about why at the interview. “I’m a die-hard fan, man,” he claimed. “When they do something good, I’m the first one to cheer them. I’ll text these guys.”

So, as Koepka claimed, he praises the players when they play well. And when they don’t, they face the traffic cone with insults and abuses! To the golf pro, that was more than fair. He was, after all, an extremely devoted Panthers fan.
