But one particular round stands out in his memory – the time he played with his dad.

Days ago, PGA Memes posted a video on YT captioned, “On The Range with President Trump to discuss Donald Trump’s rise in the golf world and talk about his game. The 77-year-old was then asked about who influenced him to take up golf, be it his family or friends. He noted, “Not for golf, my father, I played with him once. He didn’t play golf, but he had an unbelievably good swing. I mean, if he played golf, he would have been phenomenal.” That day, Trump discovered his dad’s hidden talent for golf.

Despite Fred Trump, not being a golfer, former POTUS was amazed by his natural talent. He further recalled the reaction he had cherished till now. Trump said, “He had a great swing. I never forgot I said you never played. Are you kidding me? You never played, and he was really good. He could have been really good. But he was a worker then, not a golfer. But if he played golf, I will never forget when I played with him how good the swing he had.”
