Tyrrell Hatton just shocked the golf community! The English golfer was expected to appear at the next PGAT event at Pebble Beach. However, he had something else in mind and joined LIV Golf for an enticing deal of around $60 million! Now he is set to appear at the first event of the rival league at Mayakoba.

What’s in the bag of Tyrrell Hatton?

The English golfer is set to join Jon Rahm‘s team in LIV Golf. And if he wants to make a mark on that team, his clubs from manufacturer Ping will play a huge role. The 32-year-old uses Ping G430 LST Driver to have a strong start on the greens. He has a 10.5-degree loft on his driver and uses a Mitsubishi Diamana TB 80 TX shaft. The driver costs around $579.99. Furthermore, this driver is also the choice of Lydia Ko.

For his fairway wood, he uses a Ping G430 Max Fairway Wood with a Mitsubishi Diamana DF 80 TX shaft. He uses a 15-degree loft of this club which costs around $349.99. Furthermore, Tyrrell Hatton uses the same model for his 7-wood as well, but with a 21-degree loft on the head.

As for his irons, the new LIV Golf player uses the Ping i230 (3-6) and a Ping prototype (7-PW) Irons. He has coupled all his irons with Nippon N.S. Pro Modus 3 Tour 120 X shafts. All these irons cost between $200 and $299.99.

While Hatton prefers Ping for his clubs, he also mixes in Titleist clubs for shots requiring more precision. However, Ping has been his ideal choice for putter too.

Hatton has mixed choices for his selection of wedges. He uses Ping Glide 4.0 (50 degrees, 54 degrees) and Titleist Vokey Design WedgeWorks Proto (60 degrees) Wedges. Furthermore, the pro has coupled his 50-degree wedge with Nippon N.S. Pro Modus 3 Tour 120 X, 54-degree with True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue S400, and 60-degree with True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100.
