The grounds this time will be graced by top PGA Tour players, and the winner will make a fat purse of $1 million at the end of the game.

This season, the fans will get to see current top golfers in the world take the course against each other. Leading the charge will be the current world No. 1, Scottie Scheffler, who will make it to the green embodying his American prowess. The field will boast a fine blend of global talent—flash feature: Viktor Hovland from Norway, England’s Matt Fitzpatrick, and Australia’s Jason Day.

The ones that will not be seen will be Jon Rahm, the recent withdrawer from the tourney who has stood on the Bahamian greens as a winner and a defending champion in the past. Following Rahm, Woods’ best mate, Rory McIlroy, will also be missing the tourney for his second consecutive year. Along with the two veterans, LIV Golf’s charmer Brooks Koepka, the current world 17th, also won’t take the field this time around.

ThE biggest highlight of this year’s tourney is the OWGR points. While the winner makes a million with the rest taking subsequent paychecks, all 20 players will be given points for the charts—irrespective of the fact that it’s a small field comparatively.
