The top 5 players to bet on at the 2024 CPKC Women’s Open

1. Lilia Vu: Lilia Vu’s return to competitive golf after a series of setbacks is one of the most compelling storylines. The 26-year-old is now focused on leveraging her exceptional form, evident in her remarkable T-26 finish at the Amundi Evian Championship and T-2 performance at the KPMG Women’s PGAChampionship. Moreover, her victory at the Meijer LPGA Classic earlier in the season demonstrated her skill and determination. Consequently, the 26-year-old is poised to make a strong impact at the CPKC Women’s Open.

2. Haeran Ryu: The 23-year-old Rolex, ranked 20, is a rising star poised to shake up the competition. With one career victory under her belt, achieved in her impressive rookie season, Ryu is set to take her game to new heights. Building on her remarkable start to the 2024 season, she secured top-10 finishes in 7 out of 16 events, with only one missed cut and a single withdrawal. Recently, she has been on a tear, finishing runner-up at the Dana Open with an exceptional 19 under par.

Furthermore, her astonishing 5th place finish at the prestigious Evian Championship highlighted her ability to perform under pressure. Additionally, her tied 9th-place finish at the Women’s PGA Championship demonstrated her growing confidence and skill. As Ryu continues to gain momentum, she will undoubtedly be a force to be reckoned with at the CPKC Women’s Open.

3. Ally Ewing: Ally Ewing is currently on a hot streak. The golfer finished in the tenth spot at the Amundi Evian Championship. Before that, she was T2 at the Dow Championship. Interestingly, she finished the fifth position in the third major of the season. With four top-five finishes in her last five events, Ewing’s momentum is undeniable.

4. Megan Khang: Returning to the field as the defending champion is Megan Khang. This title last year was her maiden LPGA Tour victory. She stunningly won against Jin Young Ko. Her best finishes this season have been T3 at the Drive On LPGA Championship, and T2 at the Shoprite Classic.  This season, she has missed cuts in the last two majors, so she sure arrives in Canada seeking a resurgence.

In her last four outings, she has secured three top-10 finishes, including an astonishing T-2 finish at the Meijer Classic and a T-8 at the Dow Great Lakes Bay Invitational. She had a ninth-place finish at the Women’s PGA Championship. The 11-time PGA Tour champion is now focused on making the most of her remaining time on Tour.
