For the 2024 season of the DP World Tour, it has introduced five swings: the Opening Swing, the Asian Swing, the European Swing, the International Swing, and the Closing Swing. For the sixth and final stop of the swing, the DP World Tour will be holding the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open in Mauritius with a prize purse of $1.2 million and 3,000 Race to Dubai points. Among the 156-player field are defending champion Antoine Rozner, former winner Rasmus Hojgaard, and last week’s winner and leader of the power rankings, Louis Oosthuizen. The event will start on December 13 with the Pro-Am round. The official rounds will begin on December 14 and conclude on December 17 in Mauritius at the Heritage La Réserve GC.

Additionally, at the end of the event, another winner will be announced. The golfer leading the Order of Merit for the Opening Swing will get a $200,000 bonus. The fans have a chance to spectate the fierce competition from the comfort of their names, courtesy of the Golf Channel.
On the first day of the official tourney, the streaming of the round will start at 3:30 AM and will get over at 8:30 AM. On Friday, December 15, the air time will be the same as the previous day. The golf fans will get to see the third round on December 16 from 3:00 AM to 7:30 AM. The final round will stream from 2:30 AM to 7:30 AM on the Golf Channel.

There are daily tickets and VIP passes, with food and drinks included in the VIP tickets. Moreover, the tickets are free for the under-18 audience. The general tickets for Thursday and Friday are almost $13 for each day. Whereas the general tickets for Saturday and Sunday are nearly $22. for each day. The cost of the general ticket that is valid for all four days is approximately $45 and it can be bought on ticketbox.mu.
As for the VIP Hospitality passes, they start at approximately $226 per round one and two. For round three, it is somewhere around $339, and it is the same for the final round. A hospitality pass for the entire week goes for around $452.
