However, players who have not made it to the top 5 will still have tournament qualifications that they can fight for. Let’s learn about the membership given to them.

Outside the top 5 finishers

As stated in the Rules & Regulations document of the 2024 PGA TOUR Q-School, players listed from 6 to 30 and ties will be eligible for Korn Ferry Tour qualification. Even those who finish from 30 to 40 and ties will be allotted membership cards to the Korn Ferry Tour based as Second Stage Medalists (and ties) pursuant. Even the pros who finish outside of the top 40 ranked have an outside chance of making it to the Korn Ferry Tour 2025 season based on a conditional status.

Moreover, the PGA Tour Americas qualification is also up for grabs for those players who could not make it to the top 40 of the table. This will allow them to earn vital points and grow their OWGR scores to earn qualification for higher-level tours in the next few seasons. Looks like all the players involved in the tournament have something to play for one way or another. This might change in 2026 once the new field size policy is implemented. So it might be the last opportunity for many aspiring Q-School pros to have a better shot at making it to the big leagues.
