According to the weather reports for the opening round of the fourth major of this season, one can expect the morning temperature to touch an upper limit of 75F and a lower limit of 68F. For the majority of the morning, one might witness a partly cloudy sky with a rain probability of 7% to 23%. Feeble winds are also expected to flow at a rate of 1 to 3 mph. 12 noon to 1 p.m. CEST is the only time to expect a mostly sunny sky.
As the morning transitions into the afternoon, there will be a rise in both high and low temperatures. The temperature is expected to rise to a maximum of 81F and fall to a minimum of 78F. One should be ready to face thunderstorms, which are expected to begin during the afternoon, increasing the possibility of precipitation to a range of 24%–52%. The winds will maintain a similar pace to the morning, blowing at 2-3 mph.
In the evening, one can expect a dip in the temperature (75F–79F), with a slight decrease in the rain probability, at 33% to 41%. The thunderstorm is predicted to continue with a slight increase in wind speed to 3 to 4 mph. If the expected conditions persist, there is a good chance that the first round of the 2024 Amundi Evian Championship will be impacted by the adverse weather. For those who are not able to travel to France to witness the scintillating gameplay by the LPGA and LET pros, there is also an option to watch them play in the major from one’s home. But how?
How can one bring the magic of the French greens to life on the screens?
Behold the resident of the land of free, you’ll have the option to witness the Amundi Evian Championship while relaxing at home.
