Tiger Woods is a fifteen-time major championship winner. Mr. T is a former world number one, with 82 PGA Tour victories. As a professional golfer, Tiger might have very few off days in his schedule.
However, lets’ take a look at what does an off day looks like for Tiger Woods. Indeed, it is quite a unique one.

What does an off day look like for Tiger Woods?
Usually, the life of a professional golfer is quite hectic. The events back-to-back can’t take a real toll on the professionals both physically as well as mentally. Players often on their off days tend to relax and take some time off the game, which can be really crucial if the professional is struggling. However, for Tiger, his off day is quite unique and includes gym training, he works more on himself as well as, on his game. Let’s take a look at his off day.

Tigers’ former swing coach Hank Haney spoke about how Woods’s so-called off-day looks life. Well, check it out because it’s not something every professional will like. He said, ” He doesn’t sleep much, he didn’t sleep maybe 4-5 hours a night. “So he’s up early, goes to the gym. He’d be in the gym by 6-6:30 in the morning. Then we’d have breakfast and we’d be on the practice tee by 8:45 or 9. Usually, it’s short game first or pitch shots, and then he’d go to the full swing, hit a full swing on the driving range.”
He added, “Then he’d want to play nine holes, we’d go play nine holes. Go eat lunch. Back to the driving range, go hit balls. Go play nine more holes. Go work on the putting. After that, some more short game.”
Quite a busy off day Woods likes to enjoy.

Woods’s last PGA Tour appearance
Tiger made his last appearance on the PGA Tour at the 2021 PNC Championship. Tiger suffered from serious injuries as a result of an accident he met in February of 2021. He was out of the sport for the rest of the year. However, much to the delight of his fans, Tiger came back to the PNC Championship with his son Charlie Axel Woods.
