The Ranch will have 1500 acres allotted for golf

The Ranch will have two 18-hole courses on a widely spread property of 4,000 acres which is purchased by Ken Bakst recently. The previous open space of the land will be given for agriculture. A size of 1,500 acres will be allotted for golf purposes which will be ample space for the architectures to make up something good out of it. Speaking about the exciting venture Dave Axland has said “I know Kenny’s excited about the East course being big and brawny with lots of room and big angles, and that works well for that section of the property,” The construction work will most probably start from the east course and will spread from there.

The land contains a blend of broad savannahs, strands of oak, and wetlands with cypress domes which will be kept. It is located 10 miles west of Hob. The permits are under process and the architects wish to start the construction work on the site by early 2024.
