The venture is founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy along with sports media executive Mike McCarley. And in recent news, TMRW is all set to begin its new venue at Palm Beach. But what fans find very interesting is that Woods’ ex-wife Elin Nordegren owns a $10 million mansion at the same place!

Tiger Woods‘ TMRW Sports is completely focused on coming up with all new ways to promote sports, media, and the entertainment industry. The golfer’s association with Rory McIlroy and Mike McCarley is to ensure that deserving men and women have access to professional and educational growth opportunities.

The tech-focused sports and entertainment company recently announced its plans to bring its facility to Palm Beach State College. Their purpose-built venue will be constructed in a 10-acre facility and will host team league TGL’s inaugural season. But despite the great announcement, there is something else that the fans find even more interesting.

According to sources, the TMRW Sports facility is going to be very close to where Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, currently resides. Although the relationship between Woods and Nordegren is nothing more than a good friendship, golf fans are trying to join the dots about the venture’s decision to land in Palm Beach, Florida.

What’s special about Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren’s $10 million mansion?

Nordegren, who previously owned a $50 million North Palm Beach oceanfront, later bought a luxurious $10 million home in Palm Beach Gardens. The golf legend’s ex-wife had purchased the previous property during her rough relationship with the golfer and later, sold it for less than $50 million. 

The Swedish model now lives in a six-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion that she bought for $9,926,675. The property is spread over an area of 2.09 acres inside the Old Palm Golf Club gated society. And it’s not a normal house! Nordegren resides in a smart home that features a Lutron HomeWorks System. The high-tech system allows Nordegren to control the lights, the security system, and much more simply through her phone.

Unlike her previous oceanfront property, Nordegren’s current house offers panoramic lake and golf visuals. The opulent mansion also includes amenities like an indoor gym, a media room, a gigantic dining area, and an office for her meetings. Her house also consists of a spa, a spectacular pool, and an outdoor kitchen.
