Is Tiger Woods shooting a promotional video for Sunday Red? The 15-time Major Champion’s first sighting this year hints at that. Richard Bland posted a clip of the veteran golfer entering the greens. But it was not just a regular practice session, as TWLegion, a Tiger Woods fan community on X (formerly Twitter), pointed out.

In fact, they revealed that TaylorMade’s top photographer, Ollie Neglerio, was holding the camera while walking by Woods’s side, potentially indicating a “content shoot” for Sunday Red, the new apparel wing of TaylorMade Golf, per reports. TWLegion wrote on X, “Safe to probably assume he was having a content shoot today relating to the new line.

In the clip, Tiger Woods is seen entering the greens clad in full black with a club. LIV Golf pro-Richard Bland first posted the short clip on his Instagram story, captioning, “The GOAT is in town.” The Cleeks GC veteran, however, didn’t reveal which golf course it was.

Nevertheless, what caught the attention was Neglerio’s presence. Justin Wheelon, an Emmy Award-winning filmmaker, first pointed it out, which was later picked up by TWLegion. Ollie Neglerio is currently the creative content lead at TaylorMade Golf.

Of course, at a different time, it would’ve been brushed aside as a shoot for the new TaylorMade equipment. However, Woods already posted a promotional clip of Qi10, the new TaylorMade driver that ‘replaces’ Stealth 2. Moreover, Neglerio has worked with Tiger Woods, among other PGAT Pros for the last few years.

He was the man behind the return of ‘Mac Daddy Santa’ through TaylorMade this Christmas. Also, remember Woods in a Tiger suit swinging the club? Neglerio was also the brain behind that. So, Neglerio’s presence once again becomes significant as recent reports of Sunday Red continue to swirl around the 48-year-old.

Does Tiger Woods have a new apparel sponsor?

TaylorMade Lifestyle Ventures LLC, TaylorMade Golf’s reported apparel wing, has filed an application with the USPTO for a trademark on Sunday Red under the name. The name is a thumbs up to the famous Nike Red tees Woods sported on Sunday’s final rounds. The logo shows Tiger stripes with ‘S’, and ‘D’, written on the top and ‘R’ written at the bottom. The equipment giant is planning to bring headwear and footwear in addition to tee shirts, pants, jackets, etc., per reports.

While TaylorMade currently has an apparel division, it is significantly less than being a major industry player. Job postings on TaylorMade’s site hint that they are planning to increase their footfall. It should be noted that while ditching Nike, the veteran golfer hinted that he would share a major update when he tees up at Riviera for the Genesis Invitational.
