Woods started narrating the story and said it was from 1997, the very next year of him turning professional. He played with Mark O’Meara a week before the Masters championship. They teed off on the back nine at Isleworth, and Woods made par on ten and a birdie on 11 and 12. But he did not stop there. He carded an eagle on the 13-hole, followed by a birdie at the 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 holes. The major championship winner had three iron into the number three hole and the par five on a par five iron into number seven. The legend was on par, and he shot 59.

The great round did not stop there, and the duo had the opportunity to shoot something really low. The next day, they teed off again on ten, and the legend made a birdie on 10, followed by a hole-in-one on 11, and then mark left. It was a fantastic feeling for him. He said, “it was a hell of a few days.” Because before that, he said, “I have never shot 60 in my life,” That was his first time as he had shot 59 a bunch of times before. So this was a special play for him; therefore, it was the most excellent round of golf for the golf legend.

After such a performance, he went to Master in 1997 and won the title. It was the first major he won out of his 15 major championships. The title made him the youngest golfer who won masters at 21 at Augusta National.
