It is no secret that Tiger Woods and David Feherty share a special relationship. Hence, whenever they meet, a fun exchange is guaranteed. Their interview clips from years ago are extremely popular and hilarious among fans even today. Their tales go way back in time like this one here, which shows how great Tiger Woods was during his prime. 

The former golfer revealed an incredible moment from one of the WGC events where Tiger played an unbelievable shot to reach the green. So with a slightly wayward tee shot, Tiger found the rough, and since it was thick rough, approaching the green from there was tough.

David, who was following Tiger, believed there was no chance for Woods to reach the green from there. “So I am standing right beside Ernie,” said Feherty. “And I open and close my own microphone, and I got a sign from Steve Williams it’s a wedge that’s what you expect.” 

“So he takes a swing. One of those where his right leg comes up off the ground. I’m thinking, oh no, he did it again. The ball, you know, it’s just going straight at the flag, and it’s the most extraordinary shot. And I am thinking, huh no, what am I going to say. You know that wasn’t meant to happen,” said Feherty

Can Tiger Woods play these kinds of shots again?

Tiger Woods’ incredible golfing career had plenty of obstacles. But the majority of the obstructions in his career came through injuries. Last year, he met with a solo car crash that put his golfing career under threat. However, thankfully, he made a comeback at the father-son PNC Championship. He was using a cart at that event since it was not a PGA Tour event.

But the real good news came recently, when fans saw Woods at the Augusta National, competing at the Masters. However, he had made some altercation to his swing due to injuries. But he looked in decent touch with the pain in his leg, which was evident. 

So if we look at all the injuries and surgeries that he has gone through, it might be difficult for him to play these shots once again. However, with Tiger Woods, it is hard to predict anything.
