While many claimed that they were uninformed about the paramount decision, Woods’ entourage would have been surely sought before the merger. Yet, the fifteen-time major championship winner defended the badge of the PGA TOUR pointlessly, all the while rejecting a high nine-figure contract to stay on his home tour.
