Bob talks about the 82-time PGA Tour winner’s blunt reaction to his book in this particular episode.
Harig narrated, “And there was no appropriate time for me to actually even approach Tiger and bring this up. And finally, when I was, there came a point where I had to let him know and I had to tell Rob McNamara, his friend, I wanted to tell Tiger myself, and I tried to get Rob to get him to call me. And he was like, well, he’s gonna want to know what it’s about.”
He added. “And finally, you know, I told him, and he ended up telling Tiger, and then Tiger said, ‘Okay, I know, I don’t need to talk to him’. I never got the sense that he was upset about it. But I don’t think I don’t know that he was happy about it.”
