The 46-year-old has enjoyed a rich list of success ever since he arrived at the PGA Tour back in 1996. His arrival on the Tour had led to a lot of hype from the people all across the globe. But it’s safe to say Woods exceeded people’s expectations.
Aside from his 82 PGA Tour wins and 15 majors, Woods also has won 41 wins on the European Tour. He was finally inducted into the World Golf Hall Of Fame last year.

Tiger Woods is two days into the JP McManus Pro-Am tournament. At end of the second day, Woods was asked where he kept his his three claret jugs ahead of next week’s Open Championship at St. Andrews. You couldn’t have expected a better reply than what he conveyed with a huge flex.

“I have four shelves and so I’ve been lucky enough because I have four shelves, each one has their own section,” Woods said. “They have their own row.”

Though Woods may find it difficult to place all his professional winner’s trophies, yet he still managed to pay homage to all his Major wins. Because winning a Major is no joke, even if you have 15 of them, which is why he’s the G.O.A.T. of golf.
Woods’ love for The Open Championship
Earlier this year, Tiger expressed his intentions of participating in the 2022 Open Championship, which will be its 150th anniversary. The event is set to take place at Old Course, St. Andrews.

Woods has previously won the event twice at the famed venue. However, in a recent interview, the 15-time Major Champion acknowledged that this could be his last opportunity to play at the legendary British golf course.
Tiger Woods said, “This is a pretty historic Open that we are going to be playing.” He further added, “I’m lucky enough to be part of the past champions that have won there, and want to play there again, and I don’t know when they are ever going to go back while I’m still able to play at a high level. I want to be able to give it at least one more run at a high level.”

Woods’ last Major win came at The Masters three years ago. He is still hungry and looking for his 16th Major title, even though earlier this year he finished in 47th position at the Masters and withdrew from the PGA Championship. You never know when the Tiger will roar.
