Golf is definitely a sport that can be intimidating at the beginning for new people. Swinging the club can be really technical for an amateur, and a little help for a new person in the sport goes a long way. And when those advice, tips, tricks, and suggestions come from an experienced golfer, they just become way more valuable. 

A name that comes to mind whenever there is a mention of someone teaching golf, or giving substantial goal instructions is that of golf diva Paige Spiranac. But now there is one more golf tutor in town who is sharing his expertise in the sport, and spreading knowledge. 

3x Major champion is sharing his golf knowledge with amateurs 

Padraig Harrington is one of the calmest and most composed golfers, who has held a good place in sport for many years. He now primarily competes on the PGA Tour Champions but there are times when he shares his knowledge with the young professional in the sport.

Almost 7 weeks ago, Leona Maguire shared that she learned some shots from the Irish golfer during her visit to his home in the summer. She used those shots at the Meijer LPGA Classic and emerged victorious. Harrington’s suggestions and tips came in really handy for Maguire, and she credited the veteran golfer for her win. 

Maybe this was the inspiration behind Harrington’s new tutor role. He recently took to his Twitter account and shared that he has released a new video for beginners as well as coaches to help them learn better. He wrote that in his new video, he explains three basics: swing covering rhythm, club release, and clubface control, and also demonstrates the practicing tricks of the same. 

Padraig Harrington’s new role as a tutor might just be the right fit for him with his experience, knowledge, and hands-on experience with the game! Though the 51-year-old has more experience, he is relatively new to the game of golf instructions. Golf Mommy Paige Spiranac, however, has been doing it for quite some time now.

How did Paige Spiranac start her journey of sharing golf instructions? 

Paige Spiranac was once a professional golfer, but in 2016 due to a missed cut in an LPGA Tour event, she hung her clubs and retired from professional golf. Soon after, she started her journey of becoming a golf influencer, where she shared insights with her audience about the sport. 

She started sharing golf tutorials and tips with her fans on YouTube, and soon it evolved into sharing exclusive tips on her subscription-based platform, OnlyPaige. Spiranac has also mentioned in the past that she loves sharing golf tutorials and instructions. The 30-year-old thinks that she is really good at it.
