The winner of 16 tournaments worldwide, Brooks Koepka, is set to register another win under his name. At least in his latest tweet. He is jacked up to conquer Augusta Internationals in 2023. The fans seem on board too.

The LIV defector shifted to a Saudi-backed circuit in June 2022. Despite immense scrutiny from golf fans, he chose not to pay any heed to them. However, last season could have been better than expected by the LIV players. Commissioner Jay Monahan banned them from the PGA Tour. They were also devoid of playing any major tournament, as they were not eligible for the OWGR points. The new 54-hole format did not sit well with the authorities to give the players points for the world ranking.

However, things went better at the beginning of the new year. Many LIV golfers, Bryson DeChambeau, Koepka, Cameron Smith, and Joaquin Niemann, are ready in the 2023 field. The authorities decided to invite LIV players based on the current criteria.

The 2018 world’s number-one golfer was seen getting ready for 2023. LIV golf events will begin in February in Mayakoba. And according to his latest tweet, the bulked-up Koepka is practicing hard with his Srixon golf equipment. He posted a video of himself swinging his club with lightning speed. He tagged the Srixon golf and wrote, “Smash.”

Last year, the former PGA golfer finished the LIV season with great points. Koepka defeated his Smash GC teammate Peter Uihlein in the Jeddah final by carding a birdie on the third playoff hole. Shot 8-under 62 in Jeddah’s opening round, tied for the lowest mark in LIV Golf’s debut campaign. And this year, he looks even more prepared as his bulked arms are hitting super-fast shots with his new ZX7 Mk II Driver. However, hopefully, this time, his strength won’t make anyone blind.

Even fans were cheering for him for Masters. The comments were mostly about his new personality, which he worked on during the break. There is still time for LIV’s first event of the season. Imagine, with this speed, consistency, and practice, where he will reach. And his fans know it best. They are rooting for him in their heart.

The stakes are high this year as LIV players have the opportunity to play the major tournaments. However, golf fans commented on his bulked personality. Some chose sarcasm, and some took a tone of appreciation. Take a look at a few reactions from the golf world.
