Eleven LIV Golf players have filed an antitrust lawsuit against the PGA Tour, and the Tour loyalist golfer, Justin Thomas, is not happy with that. In fact, he believes the 11 players have betrayed him and other Tour players, and he has his reasoning for the same.
The PGA Tour had suspended its players, who had joined the Saudi-backed league, and prohibited them from playing in its events. And 11 of them, including the Tour veteran Phil Mickelson, have filed an antitrust lawsuit against the American golf organization challenging this decision.
Notably, three of them, Talor Gooch, Hudson Swafford, and Matt Jones, are seeking a restraining order that would allow them to play in the FedEx Cup playoffs next week. All three of them were qualified for the event before the Tour prohibited them from attending it for joining its rival league.

After joining the PGA Tour in 2015, Thomas, as one of the top players, had the opportunity to play in team events like the Presidents Cup and the Ryder Cup with these players. And as a player who has shared memorable moments with them, the 29-year-old found the new move from them as a betrayal.

However, the two-time major champion, Thomas, was one of the players, including Woods and McIlroy, not to leave the PGA. “I think…” he had disclosed his reason for choosing PGA over LIV. “And I know that the PGA Tour is the best place to play in the world.”
