The 2024 season of the PGA Tour is going to start soon. Many pros are gearing up for the competition, but Irish golfer Rory McIlroy will not be attending the PGAT’s curtain-raiser. But on the list of pros confirmed to be playing is the seven-time PGA Tour winner, Xander Schauffele.

After 11 top-10 finishes in the 2022-23 season, Schauffele will be looking to start the season strongly with a win. To do so, he has a bag full of clubs from Callaway Golf. Interestingly, Callaway has been a chosen brand this year by the PGAT winners. As he gears up for the upcoming event, the attention of fans will be directed towards the equipment inside.

A deep dive into the bag of Xander Schauffele

The 25-year-old is ready to start the year with a win, equipping himself with Callaway Golf clubs. He will be using a Paradym Triple Diamond Driver with a Mitsubishi Kai’li White 60 Graphite Stiff shaft and a Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 grip.

The driver, with a 10.5-degree loft head, costs $499.99. The equipment can provide the player with maximum driving performance. Callaway claims the carbon crown and sole in this driver are 45% lighter than a titanium chassis.

Along with a powerful driver, Xander Schauffele will also be using Paradym Triple Diamond Fairway Woods. The club has a Mitsubishi Kai’li White 70 graphite stiff shaft along with a Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 grip. This equipment costs $349.99. Callaway claims this club is AI-designed to give players speed and stability.

What wedges and balls does Schauffele use?

Xander Schauffele will also be using Callaway’s Jaws Raw Face Chrome Wedges. The American golfer will couple the wedges with a True Temper Dynamic Gold Spinner 115 Steel Standard shaft with a Lamkin-UTx Chevron grip. The wedges cost $179.99. According to Callaway, they have removed the plating on the face, which allows for rusting over time. Furthermore, they have positioned micro-grooves at a 20-degree angle to enhance the spin on chips, pitches, and lob shots.

Furthermore, the Olympic gold winner will take his shots with Callaway’s Chrome Soft X golf balls. With all this equipment in his bag, Schauffele will be looking to recreate his 2019 Sentry Tournament of Champions win.
