Last month, Clark defied all the odds to earn the U.S. Open title, winning by just one stroke. His first major championship victory even helped him to secure a spot in the Open. Currently, the American professional golfer was competing in the first round of the said event. His amazing skill helped him to finish a decent position on the leaderboard.

However, despite giving it all in today’s round, he had earned bogeys. Yes, due to how rough the grass is, he made two bogeys when playing the 14th hole. To share the same, NUCLR GOLF posted his video on Twitter where the player was seen struggling to hit the ball on the rough.

The 29-year-old golfer tried his best to hit the ball into the hole but his extra stroke has affected him to not finish in top-10 finishes. Additionally, his poor attempt caused sports fans to doubt his abilities, which is only natural considering that they had high expectations from the 2023 U.S. Open Winner.
