PGA Tour legend gets all eyes on himself with his grand entrance at the Masters Tournament

The best part about the Masters Tournament is that it only features some of the best players from around the world. And that includes previous years’ champions as well. Notably, one such former winner is Bernhard Langer, who won the prestigious tournament twice during his prime years. Being one of the most talented golfers of the 1980s and 1990s, the golf legend has made millions of fans for his skills. And despite being at the age of 65, he is back at Augusta making a memorable appearance.

PGA Tour Champions recently posted a picture on their Instagram page featuring legendary golfer, Bernhard Langer, sitting in his all-new Masters-themed Mercedes-Benz. With a cool silhouette of the player, the left door of the car displayed a huge autograph from Langer. And along with that were the mentions of the years 1985 and 1993 on the gorgeous frame of the vehicle. Not to forget, Langer won the Masters tournament for the first time in 1985, followed by his second victory in 1993.

Talking about how he feels to be back on the field once again for his 40th Masters tournament, Langer said, “It’s hard to believe how time flies when you’re having fun…When you look around, everybody’s moving on, right? We’re all getting older. But it’s hard to believe it’s been that long. But it’s great, it’s fun.”

Langer is the eldest tour professional on the field of the 2023 Masters tournament. And it is no less than a record to be playing at the event at the age of 65. However, setting records is no new pedestal for the golf ace. Believe it or not, Langer was the first player to be ranked no. 1 after the OWGR system was established. The German pro has made tons of records in his career along with two of his Masters victories.
