The 2023 Ally Challenge, presented by McLaren, is an official tournament on the PGA TOUR Champions managed by Tournaments for Charity, a Michigan-based philanthropic organization. The event will tee off from Aug. 25 to Aug. 27, and for its venue, it has chosen Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club in Grand Blanc. This event targets the enjoyment of spectators and the welfare of local charities in the greater Flint Area.
This golf tournament will consist of a total field capacity of 78 PGA Tour Champions competing over 54 holes (no cut). Last year, it was Steve Stricker who won the winner’s title and garnered praise from people with a total score of 15 under par. The event’s prize purse remains at $2 million, like last year. The winner’s share is around $300,000, which is more than the standard 15% payout in accordance with the PGA Tour Champions’ prize money distribution chart. As the game commences in two days, the golf community is already impatient to witness all the on-field action.

Steven Alker: Steven Alker is going to contest again this year after finishing last year at T9. He has 19 professional wins to flaunt and is quite good with his putting skills.
Bernhard Langer: This German professional golfer has a different level of confidence in his club. He is quite fitting as a top pick with his 122 professional wins, which is an astounding number for any golfer’s career.
Steve Stricker: He won the title of the Ally Challenge last year and will be defending his title this year by showcasing his expertise on-field as the defending champion.
Brett Quigley: This two-time Korn Ferry Tour winner stood in second place last year in the Ally Challenge. And this year, he will be participating again on the field.
Scott Dunlap: The American PGA Tour Champions golfer will also be seen competing against his other golf compatriots in this tournament. He has around 12 professional wins in his bag.
Broadcast timings and sponsors

The entire broadcast will take place on the Golf Channel. The first round of the game, which is on the 25th of August, will be aired from 9:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Followed by the second round on the 26th, which will be televised from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Then the final round will be telecasted from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Added to that, a replay of the final round will also be screened on Golf Channel itself on August 29 from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
