‘That’s Unfair to Me and Unfair to All of My Accomplishments’: Paige Spiranac Once Lashed Out At Her Critics

Paige Spiranac is a successful social media influencer who was once a professional golfer. The star has over 260,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel, where she posts videos related to golf. She also runs a podcast by the name “Playing A Round with Paige Renee”.

The golfer has numerous fans on the internet who love talking to her and getting her views on various issues through her podcast. However, Spiranac also has a lot of critics due to the success she has achieved. Spiranac doesn’t heed much to her haters, but we all have our breaking points. Likewise, Spiranac’s patience once reached the boiling point, and she lashed out at all her critics as a result.

Spiranac takes a stand against critics’ comments

Paige Spiranac has earned a lot of love from her fans but, at the same time, received numerous adverse reactions from her critics for the way she dresses. Spiranac has always been confident in whatever she wears and has nothing to apologize for regarding her dressing sense. However, some of her followers beg to differ.

“It’s like my whole life I’m trying to find a place where I can fit in and that I feel comfortable and that I feel at peace with myself and I haven’t found that,” Spiranac said. She talked about how people have been judgemental towards her because of the way she dresses. “I wear a tank top and I’m the s–t and I’m the w—e and I’m the one that’s ruining the game,”

Spiranac also mentioned a time when she was stopped from helping out a charity because of the image she had among the people. When she offered to provide them with free golf lessons, the person in charge answered back, “We would love to, but because of the way our board members view you, you can’t help out.” She added, “That’s unfair to me and unfair to all of my accomplishments.”

Spiranac added that some of her fans believe she had the easy route in life. She thinks that a lot of PGA Tour are spared by fans for their dressing sense and that all attention is on her when it comes to golf course attire.

She said, “Golf is the absolute worst place for me to be because I am the exact opposite of everything that a golfer should encompass, should be, and I’m not,”. She mentioned how she and other female golfers face the same issues every day where their accomplishments are considered a reward for their beauty.
