What does Woods have to say about PopStroke’s brand-new opening?
Having announced his partnership back in October 2019, Woods has been an ardent supporter of PopStroke’s unique blend of golf and recreation. He has already been a part of announcing new openings for the company, including when PopStroke opened a new location in Houston.
The golf legend is coming off a decent performance at the Genesis Open, which marked his comeback on the PGA Tour. But he grabbed the headlines for the wrong reasons due to his tampon prank in the first round, which was met with severe backlash.

“I am thrilled to have PopStroke expand into Arizona,” Woods said in a statement to PopStroke. “Since we announced our plans, there has been a groundswell of interest, and we are excited to announce an official opening date. PopStroke is a fun way for people of all ages and skill levels to enjoy time with family and friends.”
Woods is not the only golf entity that sees potential in the company. Earlier this year, TaylorMade Golf Company made a material investment in PopStroke to provide world-class golf equipment. “What an exciting time to join the PopStroke team,” David Abeles, TaylorMade President & CEO, had said, before praising its “one-of-a-kind experience to golfers of all ages and abilities.”
