ZIRE Golf is a community for all things golf. It makes sure to show different stories that occur on a golf course on a day-to-day basis. Without missing a single day, the page asks interesting and curious questions.

Today was another of those days. In a recent Instagram post, ZIRE Golf shared a photo of a golfer noticing something off near the golf course. A house nearby the greens had put up a sign requesting the golfers to turn the music off.

The golf enthusiast shared his photo, asking fellow golfers from the community if the request was valid or if it should be ignored. As the caption reads the house was just 20 yards from the green and music probably disturbed the owners.

However, it should be given that having a house near a golf course will have certain consequences. The commentators truthfully replied and shared the thoughts they would have over such a request.

The golf world reacts over no music request

If you are someone who enjoys music while playing golf, then you have an extremely high handicap. Well, it’s not me, but as this gentleman said, “If you listen to music while you golf you’re atleast a 25 handicap.” No music from tomorrow, I guess.

You reap what you sow. Golf and music go hand in hand, mostly. That is why this fellow saying, “You bought a house on a golf course, deal with it. End of story” in a way was right. And we think they probably will not enjoy LIV Golf as much.

New day and one more thing that the US does differently. As this European said, “This is so unreal to me. Only in America people play with loud music. In the Netherlands and I think Europe as a whole no one does this.”

Without getting offended by a mere sign, this fan was sensible enough as he said, “I mean I’d turn it down for sure I guess just to be a decent human. Not turning it off though..”

The world will always have rebels, as this man said, “Music stays on lol,” while another golf fan said, “Stick in the mud. Courses are putting speakers on carts themselves these days. Better get over it fast or move.”

Lastly, this man had a suggestion for a better sign, maybe asking people to turn off music altogether will fail. However, as this man commented, “They would’ve won the hearts and minds if they asked people to turn the music *down.”
