The 44th edition of the Ryder Cup has brought a lot of buzz to the golf world. Taking place in Rome, the Europeans have an upper hand at the moment. After Friday’s round, Europe was already dominating the game with a score of 6.5, leading the visitors by five points.
Saturday hasn’t begun well for the Americans either. The USA still remains at 1.5, while Europe has reached 7.5 following a win in the first game of the day. Scottie Scheffler, who was part of the foursome loss, broke down. While such a sight should spark mercy, something totally opposite happened.

The 2023 Ryder Cup taking place at Marco Simone Golf and Country Club continues to appeal to fans. In 2021, the Americans snatched the trophy from Europe with a record score of 19-9. Things are different this time around though.
Wyndham Clark’s mind games in the lead-up have proved futile. The Luke Donald-led team is determined not to lose on home soil. Amid all the tension regarding the game, one of the American veteran broke down over the vital loss this morning.
In the Saturday foursomes, world No. 1, Scottie Scheffler was paired with Brooks Koepka against Ludvig Aberg paired with Viktor Hovland. Scheffler and LIV Golfer Koepka though were humbled. Only four months ago, Aberg was in college. One can understand the level of humiliation both seasoned golfers must have experiened.
