He credited Clare for being his rock, saying, “I tell the kids, my best piece of advice for life is finding a great woman. I still believe that’s the best advice you can give anyone.” The 33-year-old revealed that his wife’s influence helps him maintain a healthy perspective, especially during tough times on the course.

Fleetwood also praised Clare’s intelligence and ability to make sound judgments, often bringing a much-needed reality check to his life. “She’s very clever, and she judges situations a lot better than I do when I’m playing all the time,” he said. “I’m hoping that she loves me.
