Sharing Different Thinking As Tiger Woods, Bryson DeChambeau Makes a Bold ‘Frustrated’ Confession

The PGA Tour, which was founded in 1929, is a regal golf sports association that gives a chance to golfing aristocrats to play in its biennial events. Until 2022, this tour had a legacy that couldn’t be surpassed or even challenged, and Tiger Woods made a huge contribution to shaping the game of golf for the Tour. But last year, the PIF-funded league came forth and shook the golf world in its entirety.

While this league is still in its initials stages, it has already challenged the PGA Tour. LIV golfer Bryson DeChambeau, has made a blatant confession about the future of the sport ahead of the LIV Golf Bedminster tournament.

Bryson DeChambeau makes an honest admission about the PGA Tour

Ahead of the LIV Golf Greenbrier event, Bryson DeChambeau, made an unflattering confession in an interview, where he said, “I trusted the guy that’s out there… Yasir he, three, four years ago, and we always had this vision for golf, he always cared about golf and like, look, this game needs to move in a more positive direction. I love Tiger, I love everything he’s done for the sport, but it’s not going to last forever. We need something to jolt and jumpstart this sport, and he provided the capital behind it… Players saw the vision, we all got equity in the team”

Reflecting on the fact that Tiger Woods had contributed a lot to the sport in his era of dominance, LIV is the latest revolution in the golf world. And the LIV head, Yasir AI – Rumayyan, provided the capital for this new vision in the sport. 

He further added, “A lot of us were frustrated… There were numerous times where we would talk about hey, this is what we want done… None of it’s getting done. Why can’t this change?… And certainly, LIV provides a better opportunity and that’s ultimately why a lot of us went over, ”showcasing the dissatisfaction of many golfers with the PGA Tour for not being heard.

The PGA Tour has undergone a lot of change lately. With his new role as the 6th player director of the PGA Tour policy board, Tiger Woods has a lot on his shoulders currently. But defying the seriousness of the role, Jon Rahm recently made a silly appeal to the 15x major winner.

He said in a press conference that he needs a portable bathroom at every hole, and to justify his demand, he said he cannot control when he needs to use the washroom!
