In one of her recent interviews with ASAP Sports, the 1X LPGA Tour winner was asked about how she felt overcoming her initial woes and hitting the greens with birdies. She revealed that she’s slowly getting back to her game, “I think being able to come back and stay in the zone, I think what I missed about competitive golf is once you’re in the zone it feels really good to just commit to everything that you have and put your all out there.”

Talking about golf, she even added that in the world of professional golf, it is always fun to overcome the hurdles just like she did and come back to compete, like nothing happened. Although there is yet a long way to go for her, she is glad that she is at least in the process. She entered the FIR Hills Seri Pak Championship, securing a birdie at the 2nd hole. But right after that, she was laid back by a bogey at the third.

However, during the last nine holes, she managed to score five birdies, getting back into her stellar form. Further in their interview, right after the second round, Zhang shares her favorite moments from the round.
