The caption reads, “Bryson is back to having fun out there.”

In the video, he can be seen talking about his new caddie, Greg Bodine. The reporter points out that DeChambeau and his new caddie’s relationship seems to be clicking, further asking him to say something about it.

“Yeah, I mean, I don’t know what it is. He just allows me to have a lot of fun on the golf course. And that’s something I struggle with a lot. So it’s nice to have someone that can just make a joke after something weird happens and keep me in the right frame of mind.”

DeChambeau recently credited an alignment adjustment in his shoulder for his improved performance at the Greenbrier. It is essential to be comfortable in one’s body, mainly when you use it to swing the ball. And that is one of the things that the pro golfer believes has changed. His open shoulders were helping him adjust his vision to see the ball and putt it more clearly.

And he scored several long putts in round 2 on Saturday. He also scored the most birdies on the greens and is playing well. Additionally, if he can have fun on the field, that also puts him in a perfect position.

DeChambeau’s caddie, Greg Bodine, has long been on the golf course. But he also played and coached the game at various phases. It looks like the LIV golfer has both experience and knowledge in his hands, with Greg on his side. And as he has acknowledged, he is having fun too.
