Golf, a sport loved by both aspiring and professionals alike, offers an elite experience for players of all skill levels. It’s not uncommon for individuals to take it up as a recreational activity and enjoy a round or two at their local golf course. A similar story unfolded on August 4th when three friends, Nick, Matt, and Ryan, set out to play a regular round of golf.
They chose the picturesque Laurel Hill Golf Club in Virginia as their venue. Little did they know that their scorecard would go down as one of the ugliest in the history of golf. Disappointed fans couldn’t help but express their frustration at the trio’s performance.

Three friends took a long to finish a round of golf
Matt, Ryan, and Nick kicked off their golfing adventure on the Virginia ground. Yes, they were fortunate to secure an available midday slot on an open course, although the scorching 100-degree heat posed an additional challenge. And unfortunately, their performance remained subpar throughout the game.
Nick was new to the sport, but his buddies believed he would be able to compete well. However, Nick’s performance was quite disappointing. He even failed to finish the easiest eighth hole’s par-3, which resulted in him finishing it in a total of seventeen strokes.
Moreover, all of them together took 417 strokes to complete a single round, which means each player took 139 on average. According to the scorecard, Nick alone took 175 strokes, followed by Matt and Ryan, who scored 130 and 112, respectively. Ziregolf headed to Instagram to share these scores with the golf word and captioned it, “Tag a friend who can relate”
