Golf is more than just four words. The golf world is divided into different circuits. And the inception of Saudi-backed LIV Golf created an atmosphere of tension for the other circuits, especially for the long-running one, the PGA Tour.
The animosity between these circuits was at an all-time high for a very long time. In an ironic turn of events in June earlier this year though, LIV Golf and the PGA Tour both decided to join hands over a $3 billion merger. In the midst of this, this year’s USA team newbie has an alluring proposition for the PGA Tour.

This month is special. Both the biennial events, the Solheim Cup and the Ryder Cup, are happening. The Ryder Cup is scheduled for next week, while the Solheim Cup has already begun. Europe is the venue for both events. While the Ryder Cup will be played in Rome, the Solheim Cup is underway in Spain.
For a golf enthusiast, this situation is comparable to the most recent trend we’ve all heard about, Barbie vs. Oppenheimer. It was a wonderful opportunity for movie buffs to see both of the masterpieces in one day. And right now, golf fans have a fantastic opportunity to see the greatest golfers battle in back-to-back prestigious tournaments.
However, for the US team member at the Solheim Cup, Angel Yin, the fans will witness more magic if both of the Tours do something together. “It would be very cool for the LPGA and the PGA to do something together,” Yin said. “If there was any collaboration, it would be very cool for the game, for golf,” added Yin.
Well, it is not clear yet what kind of participation Yin is pitching for. Maybe she is suggesting that there be one event combining both tours. However, Team USA is doing incredibly well and beats the opposite team in a fashionable showdown.
Everything is great, from skills to attire.

Team USA finished the day’s foursome matches by triumphing in every one of them. However, even before the event began, the fashionable USA supporters captured everyone’s attention, while Europe’s poor fashion display drew a lot of criticism.
The most popular pair was a red, blue, and white Nike shoe. The atmosphere was really upbeat right away, especially for Team USA. Let’s see how well this team will perform in four-ball matches.
