The most exciting journey in golf began two days ago. The Ryder Cup teed off on Friday and has been showcasing the best weekend action to the entire golf community. Team USA and Team Europe are battling for patriotic pride at the Marco Simone Golf Club in Rome.

Team Europe is clearly taking the Americans for a ride so far. They are heading into Sunday looking very comfortable and strong. The team has also had its fair share of tussles on the course, including one with Tiger Woods‘ ex-caddie.

There was a rather spiteful tussle that went down today at the Ryder Cup. While Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry made for a formidable duo, they encountered a rough patch when it came to Patrick Cantlay’s caddie.

Caddying for Patrick Cantlay was Tiger Woods’ ex-caddie of 13 years, Joe LaCava. Legado got into a heated exchange with Rory and Shane when Patrick Cantlay sank an important putt.

The incident has taken the golfing community by storm and has started going viral on X. Nuclear Golf page posted a tweet saying, “JOE LACAVA WAS GETTING INTO IT ON 18, Rory and Lowry both annoyed by the hat-off from the legendary caddie.”

It was clear that Rory McIlroy, as well as his partner Shane Lowry, did not like the behavior of the caddy after his player sank the putt on the 18th hole. Fans, too, did not like this unruly behavior.
