Under the warm Floridian sun at Tiburon Golf Club, the air buzzed with excitement as 16 mixed pairs, a blend of PGA and LPGA talents, competed for glory. The inaugural Grant Thornton Invitational saw intense gameplay, and at the end, Lydia Ko and Jason Day came out as the winners. This win was a first for Ko this year, who is currently enjoying the victory in her own unique way.

The golfer redeemed her year-long slump with a final win at the tourney, and even after achieving the feat, the LPGAT star’s rigor seems to still be at its peak. After raking in the win, Ko has found herself packed into a hectic schedule, but irrespective of that, the golfer has made time for some witty encounters.

In the recent series of off-court events, LPGAT star Lydia Ko has been seen putting work into practice and training. Before her final showdown last weekend, the golfer was seen doing late-night practice rounds on the greens after the event.

Even outside of that, the player has been posting clips of her daily workout routines and progress pictures on her Instagram. The latest update from the golfer showcases her in a gym, but this time having fun outside of her workout sessions.

Ko recently reposted a video on her Instagram stories where she is seen with her performance coach, Angus Lee, and her gymmate, Kristopher Gallimore, sitting on equipment while Gallimore pushes it across the floor. The caption with the post reads, “Beast mode.”
